Предмет јавног позива је додјела новчаних средстава подстицаја планираних буџетом Министарства енергетике и рударства (у даљем тексту: Министарство), ради испуњења циљева из члана 2. став 1. Правилника о додјели подстицаја из надлежности Министарства енергетике и рударства („Службени гласник Републике Српске”, број 106/21) – у даљем тексту: Правилник, који се односе на унапређење пословних процеса и ефикасности пословања, унапређење конкурентности, повећање броја запослених радника, стварање додатне вриједности код готових производа, производњи базираној на иновацијама, увођење или унапређење система квалитета производње и производа и унапређење других општих елемената пословања привредних друштава из ресорне надлежности Министарства.
