Одбојкашице Србије и званично су обезбиједиле пласман на Олимпијске игре у Паризу наредне године.
На квалификационом турниру у Кини, Србија је на шест утакмица уписала пет побједа уз само један пораз.
Пролаз су овјериле уз помоћ Доминиканске Републике која је савладала Кину с 3:1.
Од раније је познато да Холандија и Канада не могу да престигну Србију, а сада то не може да уради ни Кина, па чак и да сутра побиједи Србију. Србија коло прије краја има двије побједе више од Кине.
Србија и Доминиканска Република дијеле прво мјесто са пет побједа и једним поразом, али Доминикана још није сигурна, па ће за пласман играти против Холандије.
