Предсједник САД Доналд Трамп саопштио је да је наредио надлежним органима да обнове и поново отворе затвор "Алкатраз" у Калифорнији, који је затворен прије више од шест деценија.
Он је на друштвеној мрежи "Трут сошл" написао да ће казне у "Алкатразу" служити "најнемилосрднији и најнасилнији криминалци Америке", преноси агенција "Аднкронос".
Трамп је додао да ће објекат бити "значајно проширен".
"Алкатраз" је затворен 1963. године због великих трошкова, а почео је са радом 29 година раније. Објекат је тренутно туристичка атракција.
