Tajli je rekao da je to nešto o "čemu nema rasprave" i da će sasvim sigurno da se desi, tj. da je pitanje vremena kada će se napraviti.
Iako je Australija 2020. godine protjerala Novaka Đokovića i nije mu dala da nastupi na turniru, sada će se potruditi da on zauvijek ostane na terenima u Melburnu.

Prije nekoliko godina je lansirana vijest da će glavni stadion dobiti ime po Novaku Đokoviću, ali ispostavilo se da je to izmišljotina, pogotovo jer ona nosi ime najboljeg tenisera Australije svih vremena, Roda Lejvera.
