Kapital Lidla u Bosni i Hercegovini povećan je na gotovo 50 miliona KM, čime se potvrđuju ozbiljne namjere investiranja njemačkog diskontera u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Istovremeno, kompanija je broj registrovanih poslovnica sa prvobitnih četiri smanjila na dvije, izvještava Indikator.ba.
Osnivač Lidla njemački WE – International Zweite GmbH osnovao je kompaniju "Lidl BH" sa sjedištem u Sarajevu sa početnim kapitalom nešto manjim od milion KM, potom je kapital uvećao na 10,7 miliona KM, a prema posljednjim podacima iz sudskog registra, kapital društva uvećan je na 49.873.665 KM.
Ipak, njemački diskonter koji ulazi na tržište Bosne i Hercegovine očito mijenja prvobitne planove pa je tako korigovao broj osnovanih poslovnica, ukidajući sa liste Sarajevo.
Prvobitno su bile registrovane poslovnice u Sarajevu, na Stupu i Marijin-Dvoru, te u Brčkom i Banjoj Luci. Prema najnovijim podacima na ostale su poslovnice u Brčkom (Bulevar mira br. 22) i Banjoj Luci (Sime Šolaje br. 1a), dok poslovnice koja je bila registrovana u Sarajevu više nema u registru.
Upravu društva, prema novim podacima, čini pet ljudi na čelu sa Alenom Halamićem. Ostali članovi Uprave, izvršni direktori, su Roland Tomas Šriber, Mihajl Đotlo, Dean Sunek i Kristijan Zajec.
Prema ranijim medijskim najavama, Lidl u BiH planirao je otvaranje minimalno šest objekata.
