Odbojkašice Srbije slavile su protiv Švedske u osmini finala Evropskog prvenstva. Srpske gracije ubjedljivo su slavile rezultatom 3:0 u setovima (25:17, 25:13, 25:16).
Odlično je Srbija počela prvi set, poenima Tijane Bošković povele su odbojkašice 3:1, ali je u nastavku uslijedila mini serija Šveđanki. Ipak, do kraja seta taktički savršeno, bez srljanja igrale su izabranice Đovanija Gvidetija koje su nakon 25 minuta vodile 1:0 u setovima.
Treba istaći odličnu defanzivnu igru Srpkinja koje su upisale četiri bloka. Sedam poena postigla je Tijana Bošković. Prijem Srbije bio je odličan, a za to su najzaslužnije Bianka Buša i Aleksandra Uzelac.
Drugi set otvorile su igračice u žutim dresovima serijom 3:1. Uslijedio je veliki pad u igri, te je Srbija došla do vođstva 20:9, uz nevjerovatnu seriju 10:1 srpskih odbojkašica koje u do kraja rutinski privele set kraju, dobivši ga rezultatom 25:13
Nisu odbojkašice Srbije odustajale od svoje igre ni u trećem setu. Dobar prijem otvarao je priliku za dobre napade, a to je donijelo igru za koju rivalke nisu imale rješenja. Kao i cijeli meč, i treći set ubjedljivo dobija Srbija - 25:16.
Treba istaći da je u cijelom meču reprezentacija koju predvodi Italijan Gvideti imala samo osam načinjenih grešaka, prenose "Novosti".
