Припрема:
Пола килограма кромпира скувати са љуском, огулити и пропасирати, посолити и замијесити са брашном.
Добро израђено тесто развити оклагијом, па га сијећи на квадратиће и спуштати у кипућу слану воду.
Кнедле су скуване када почну да испливавају на површину.
Ваљати их у презле и служити топле као прилог.
