Гемал, према наводима, нема планова да креира алгоритам, док лајковање неке објаве садржај чува локално, према наводима овог програмера.
WikiTok намјерно приказује насумичне чланке, чиме се корисници подстичу на откривање разноврсних тема и области знања.
Гемал је помоћу AI алата за програмирање Claude и Cursor, креирао први прототип WikiToka за само 90 минута. Изворни код сервиса је доступан на GitHubu, што ће омогућити да и други програмери допринесу његовом развоју.
WikiTok апликација тренутно подржава 14 језика и функционише на свим већим прегледачима интернета, преноси Б92.
