Вјетар и неприступачан терен отежавају гашење пожара који је активан у кањону Таре и дијелу Мештревца.
У гашењу учествује једна летјелица Хеликоптерског сервиса РС, припадници ватрогасних служби Рудо, Плужине и Фоча, те радници шумских газдинастава из Сокоца и Фоче, речено је Радио Фочи из општинске Цивилне заштите.
Ватрогасци интервенишу на мјестима гдје могу приступити, док у кањону Таре није могуће гасити ватру, додали су.Тренутно нису угрожени становништво ни објекти али ватра у сваком тренутку пријети да се прошири.
