мало шареног бибера
Припрема:
Све састојке помијешајте и добро промијешајте кашиком или руком. Формирајте мање ћуфте и стављајте их на плех обложен подмазаним пек-папиром. Пеците у претходно загријаној рерни на 180 степени око 50 минута. Пред крај печења окренуте ћуфтице како би се запекле са свих страна.
Напомена: Тиквицу добро оциједити након рендања. Уколико ћуфтице током печења пусте течности (од тиквица), ту течност одлијте и наставите са печењем. Ћуфтице ће се током печења смањити, тако да их слободно густо сложите у плех, добро ће се испећи са свих страна.
