Danas vam donosimo recept za ukusne i lagane ćufte.
Sastojci:
700 g mljevenog bijelog mesa
200 g narendane tikvice (sa korom)
2 manja jajeta
50 g prezli
2 kašike isjeckanog peršunovog lista
1 ravna kašičica soli
pola kašičice kurkume
pola kašičice slatke aleve paprike
malo šarenog bibera
Priprema:
Sve sastojke pomiješajte i dobro promiješajte kašikom ili rukom. Formirajte manje ćufte i stavljajte ih na pleh obložen podmazanim pek-papirom. Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj rerni na 180 stepeni oko 50 minuta. Pred kraj pečenja okrenute ćuftice kako bi se zapekle sa svih strana.
Napomena: Tikvicu dobro ocijediti nakon rendanja. Ukoliko ćuftice tokom pečenja puste tečnosti (od tikvica), tu tečnost odlijte i nastavite sa pečenjem. Ćuftice će se tokom pečenja smanjiti, tako da ih slobodno gusto složite u pleh, dobro će se ispeći sa svih strana.
