Kvalifikacije za Evropsko vaterpolo prvenstvo U 19 održaće se u Trebinju od 15. do 17. marta, i to je prvi put u istoriji da će BiH biti domaćin ovog prvenstva.
Trebinje će, uz domaćine – BiH reprezentaciju, ugostiti juniorske reprezentacije Francuske, Češke, Velike Britanije i Finske koje će pokušati da se plasiraju na Evropsko prvenstvo.
Ovo će ujedno biti i prvi nastup juniorske vaterpolo selekcije Bosne i Hercegovine, a među izabranicima selektora Stevana Nonkovića su, naši mladi sugrađani Aleksa Bjelica i Aleksej Mihajlović, igrači sarajevskog „Invictuma“.
Naši momci, zajedno sa ostalim momcima iz BiH, neće imati lak posao, ali im želimo puno uspjeha i sreće.
Kvalifikacioni turnir se održava na Zatvorenom olimpijskom bazenu u Trebinju, a ulaz je slobodan.
