Prosječna cijena prodatih stanova u novogradnji u BiH u prvom kvartalu iznosila je 3.073 KM po metru kvadratnom, objavila je Agencija za statistiku BiH.
To je za 4,8 odsto više u odnosu na prosječnu cijenu u 2024. godini, te za 10,7 odsto u odnosu na prvi kvartal lani.
Broj prodatih novih stanova
U prvom kvartalu prodato je 754 stanova u novogradnji, što je u odnosu na isti kvartal prethodne godine više za 5,8 odsto, a u odnosu na prošlo godinu manje za 29,8 odsto.
Površina prodatih stanova u novogradnji u prvom kvartaluveća je za 6,2 odsto u odnosu na isti kvartal prethodne godine, a manja je za 30,2 odsto u odnosu na 2024. godinu.
Prosječnu cijenu kvadrata čine cijene građevinskog zemljišta od 373 KM, gradnje i dobit izvođača u iznosu od 1.839 KM, dok se 862 KM odnosi na ostale troškove, uključujući i PDV.
