Амерички магазин "Форбс" сврстао је Национални парк Тару међу пет природних чуда на Балкану које треба видјети.
- Отприлике четири сата вожње југозападно од Београда, постоји оаза нетакнуте природне љепоте у облику Националног парка Тара - пише "Форбс" издвајајући да је ово подручје прекривено огромним количинама нетакнуте шуме бора, јеле и смрче и да постоји богатство култних балканских врста које успјевају унутар његових граница, преноси Б92.
- На источној периферији парка се налазе неке фасцинантне историјске реликвије попут манастира Рача из 11. вијека - пише амерички магазин.
Како кажу, љубитељи животиња ће овдје моћи да виде риса, вукове и соколе, а када су мрки медвједи у питању, не постоји боље мјесто за разгледање од Националног парка Тара.
Поред Таре, на овој листи "Форбса" се налазе и Национални парк Уна у БиХ, Национални парк Пирин у Бугарској, Национални парк Керкинис језеро у Грчкој и Валбона у Албанији.
