Грађани БиХ ће у ноћи са суботе на недјељу, 27. на 28. октобар, поново помјерати казаљке на сату, преласком на зимско рачунање времена.
Тачно у три сата ујутро, часовници ће се вратити један сат уназад, што ће донијети додатни сат спавања, али и ранији залазак сунца.
Зимско рачунање времена у БиХ је у складу с праксом која се примјењује у већем дијелу Европе, с циљем боље усклађености дневног свјетла са радним временом.
Иако се већ неколико година расправља о укидању сезонског помјерања сата, земље Европске уније још нису постигле коначан договор. Босна и Херцеговина, која прати регулативе ЕУ, наставља с овом праксом док се не донесе другачија одлука.
Иако многи поздрављају додатни сат сна, стручњаци истичу да прелазак на зимско рачунање времена може негативно утицати на биолошки ритам организма, посебно код дјеце и старијих особа.
Савјетује се прилагођавање дневних активности како би се тијело лакше привикло на промјене.
Зимско рачунање времена ће трајати до посљедњег викенда у марту 2025. године, када ће се казаљке поново помјерити унапријед за један сат, чиме ће почети љетно рачунање времена.
