Орахе потопите у врелу воду да одстоје 12-24 сата. Проциједите и исперите. Онда их убаците у блендер, додајте со, бибер, чен бијелог лука или бијели лук у праху, кашичицу ( ако волите може и двије) сенфа и бледајте. Додајте воду по потреби, до кремасте структуре. Можете додати и мало лимуновог сока.
