Posna pašteta od oraha se priprema na sljedeći način:
Orahe potopite u vrelu vodu da odstoje 12-24 sata. Procijedite i isperite. Onda ih ubacite u blender, dodajte so, biber, čen bijelog luka ili bijeli luk u prahu, kašičicu ( ako volite može i dvije) senfa i bledajte. Dodajte vodu po potrebi, do kremaste strukture. Možete dodati i malo limunovog soka.
