Доносимо вам приједлог за ручак или вечеру – посна тортиља са туњевином, укусна и брза.
Састојци:
4 посне тортиље,
1 конзерва туњевине у сопственом соку,
1/2 црвеног лука,
1 комад зелене салате,
1/2 црвене паприке,
2 кашике посног мајонеза,
1 кашика лимуновог сока,
со и бибер по укусу,
свјежи першун или коријандер, ситно исјецкани (опционо).
Припрема:
У посуди помијешајте туњевину, црвени лук, црвену паприку, посни мајонез и лимунов сок. Додајте со и бибер по укусу.
Загријте посне тортиље на тави или у микроталасној пећи. Распоредите прво по два листа зелене салате на тортиљу и затим смјесу од туњевине по свакој тортиљи. Посипајте свјежим першуном или коријандером, ако користите.
Преклопите тортиље и послужите.
