Универзитет у Источном Сарајеву у петак, 13. септембра, свечаном академијом у Административном центру Владе Републике Српске обиљежиће 32 године постојања и успјешног рада.
На свечаности ће бити додијељена признања појединцима који су у протеклом периоду помагали развој Универзитета у Источном Сарајеву, као и најбољим студентима и истраживачима.
Ове године, највеће признање - Орден Универзитета, биће уручен министру за научнотехнолошки развој и високо образовање Републике Српске др Жељку Будимиру и новинару „Руске газете“ Александру Борисову.
Свечана академија заказана је за 18.00 часова.
Универзитет у Источном Сарајеву, под именом Универзитет у Сарајеву Републике Српске, основан је 14. септембра 1992. године одлуком Народне скупштине Републике Српске.
