BiH neće imati jedinstvene kovid potvrde niti će se one izdavati na nivou institucija BiH, jer za to ne postoji nadležnost i pravni osnov, navode iz Ministarstva civilnih poslova u Savjetu ministara.
U Ministarstvu su rekli za "Nezavisne novine" da će se izdavanje kovid potvrda vršiti na nivoima entiteta, kantona i Brčko distrikta u skladu sa nadležnostima u oblasti zdravstva.
Navode da će verifikaciju kovid potvrda vršiti Agencija za identifikacione dokumente, evidenciju i razmjenu podataka BiH /IDDEEA/.
Iz Ministarstva civilnih poslova navode da će izgled kovid potvrda biti definisan propisima na nivou entiteta i Brčko distrikta u skladu sa instrukcijom Evropske komisije.
- IDDEEA će u saradnji sa zdravstvenim vlastima u BiH, a radi upotrebe u inostranstvu, vršiti servis razmjene podataka sa EU - navode iz Ministarstva civilnih poslova u Savjetu ministara.
Šef tima za praćenje sprovođenja mjera Republičkog štaba za vanredne situacije Nenad Stevandić kaže da je teško pretpostaviti do kada će imati smisla da se izdaju kovid potvrde, ali da države koje imaju malo vakcinisanih, kao što je BiH, treba da ih imaju.
- Mislim da bi bilo dobro zbog nas da imamo ove potvrde, a i zbog Evrope, jer se ne zna još kakav će biti `rep` pandemije, koji se može očekivati u novembru - rekao je Stevandić za "Nezavisne novine".
