Vrhovni sud Republike Srpske 10. aprila produžio je pritvor osumnjičenom Ivanu Divljanu u trajanju od tri mjeseca.
Pritvor može trajati najduže do 14. jula, do 15.30 časova.
- Protiv navedenog rješenja dozvoljena je žalba u roku od tri dana vijeću Vrhovnog suda Republike Srpske - navodi se na stranici Okružnog suda u Istočnom Sarajevu.
Okružni sud u Istočnom Sarajevu ranije je u dva navrata odredio pritvor Divljanu od jedan mjesec, a potom još dva mjeseca.
Ivan Divljan je osumnjičen da je počinio krivično djelo Teško ubistvo iz člana 125. stav 1. Krivičnog zakonika Republike Srpske, kada je na Palama ubio Aleksandra Tomića Bata, čije tijelo je zakopao u šumi u Carevim Vodama kod Pala.
