Potvrđene optužnice protiv dva muškarca zbog nasilja u porodici

Osnovni sudovi u Višegradu i Sokocu potvrdili su optužnice protiv muškaraca čiji su inicijali M.Dž. i I.M. zbog krivičnog djela nasilje u porodici ili porodičnoj zajednici.
Muškarac M.Dž. tereti se da je 8. oktobra, prošle godine, u svojoj porodičnoj kući u Novom Goraždu pod dejstvom alkohola drskim i bezobzirnim ponašanjem ugrozio spokojstvo, tjelesni integritet i duševno zdravlje svog oca čiji su inicijali M.Dž, saopšteno je iz Okružnog javnog tužilaštva u Istočnom Sarajevu.
Optužnica muškarca I.M. tereti da je 10. maja, 2023. godine, na području opštine Istočna Ilidža, verbalno napadao, vrijeđao, psovao i nazivao pogrdnim imenima suprugu A.M.
On je suprugu nakon toga nekoliko puta udario otvorenom pesnicom u lice i nogama po drugim djelovima tijela, te joj nanio povrede.
