Napravite rolat od spanaća i ajvara.
SASTOJCI:
8 kašika brašna
kašičica praška za pecivo
1/2 kašičice soli
200 g briketa smrznutog špinata
200 ml kisele vode
400 g ajvara
PRIPREMA:
Izmiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo, so, pa dodajte kiselu vodu i otopljeni špinat. Sve dobro izmiješajte, pa izručite u pleh dimenzija 40x30 centimetara postavljen papirom za pečenje. Pecite u unaprijed zagrijanoj rerni na 180 stepeni 20 minuta.
Ispečenu koru izručite na drugi komad papira za pečenje, pa odlijepite onaj na kom su se pekla. Uvijte u rolat koru zajedno sa papirom i ostaviti da se ohladi. Ohlađenu koru premažite ajvarom. Ponovo uvijte u rolat i ostavite u frižider da se dobro ohladi.
