САСТОЈЦИ:
8 кашика брашна
кашичица прашка за пециво
1/2 кашичице соли
200 г брикета смрзнутог шпината
200 мл киселе воде
400 г ајвара
ПРИПРЕМА:
Измијешајте брашно, прашак за пециво, со, па додајте киселу воду и отопљени шпинат. Све добро измијешајте, па изручите у плех димензија 40x30 центиметара постављен папиром за печење. Пеците у унапријед загријаној рерни на 180 степени 20 минута.
Испечену кору изручите на други комад папира за печење, па одлијепите онај на ком су се пекла. Увијте у ролат кору заједно са папиром и оставити да се охлади. Охлађену кору премажите ајваром. Поново увијте у ролат и оставите у фрижидер да се добро охлади.
