Ako niste još napravili zimnicu, mi vam predlažemo šarenu salatu. Jednostavna je za napraviti, ukusna i jako dekorativna.
Sastojci:
2 kilograma kupusa
2 kilograma zelenog paradajza
2 kilograma paprika (crvenih ili žutih)
To su bili osnovni sastojci, a možete dodati još:
2 kilograma mrkve (ali je prethodno malo obariti)
2 kilograma luka
2 kilograma krastavaca
za zaljev:
30 dekakrama šećera
20 dekagrama soli
1 kesica bibera u zrnu
pola litra ulja
pola male šoljice esencije
Priprema:
Kupus, zeleni paradajz i paprike nasjeckamo što sitnije ili pomoću nekog ribeža sa ukrasnim oblicima. Ako koristimo mrkvu, luk i krastavac onda zaljev poduplamo.
Dodamo šećer, so, ulje i esenciju i pustimo da odstoji oko sat vremena. Napunimo tegle.
