Састојци:
2 килограма купуса
2 килограма зеленог парадајза
2 килограма паприка (црвених или жутих)
То су били основни састојци, а можете додати још:
2 килограма мркве (али је претходно мало обарити)
2 килограма лука
2 килограма краставаца
за заљев:
30 декакрама шећера
20 декаграма соли
1 кесица бибера у зрну
пола литра уља
пола мале шољице есенције
Припрема:
Купус, зелени парадајз и паприке насјецкамо што ситније или помоћу неког рибежа са украсним облицима. Ако користимо мркву, лук и краставац онда заљев подупламо.
Додамо шећер, со, уље и есенцију и пустимо да одстоји око сат времена. Напунимо тегле.
