Muška vaterpolo reprezentacija Srbije igraće u četvrtfinalu Svjetskog prvenstva protiv selekcije Hrvatske, koja je danas u osmini finala u Dohi pobijedila Kinu rezultatom 22:4 (5:2, 5:1, 6:1, 6:0).
Srbija je još ranije izborila direktan plasman u četvrtfinale planetarnog šampionata i olimpijsku vizu za Igre u Parizu, pošto je osvojila prvo mjesto u Grupi C. Srbija je u Grupi C savladala Japan (17:10), Crnu Goru (14:6) i SAD (14:12).
Hrvatska je današnjim trijumfom protiv Kine pored plasmana u četvrtfinale SP izborila i učešće na OI u Parizu.
Utakmica četvrtfinala SP između Srbije i Hrvatske biće odigrana u utorak od 17 časova u Dohi.
