Vlada Republike Srpske sprema se za novo zaduženje emisijom obveznica na Banjalučkoj berzi i to od 50 miliona KM.
Vlada Republike Srpske usvojila je juče odluku emisiji obveznica, a ona je već danas objavljena u Službenom glasniku RS.
Ciljani nominalni iznos emisije 50 miliona KM, ali zaduženje može ići i preko tog iznosa.
- Konačan nominalni iznos ne može biti viši od ciljanog iznosa emisije uvećanog za 50 odsto tog iznosa, a izuzetno u slučaju upisa obveznica u vrijednosti višoj od te, konačan iznos utvrđuje ministar finansija uz prethodnu saglasnost Vlade RS - navodi se u odluci.
Kako se vidi iz odluke, planirana je emisija petogodišnjih obveznica po nominalnoj kamatnoj stopi od 5,25 odsto na godišnjem nivou.
Srpska se od početka godine obveznicama zadužila 90 miliona KM, a emitovane su i prve štedne obveznice kojima se Vlada ukupno zadužila 8,9 miliona KM.
