Манастир Тврдош данас је познат по маслиновом уљу, меду, сиру из Манастира Дужи и вину које попуњава трпезе од Америке до Аустралије.
Мање је познато да међу зидовима храма одише велико православно светилиште.
Сачуване су честице Часног Крста Христовог распећа, честице моштију Свете Анастасије мајке Светога Саве, Светог Германа Аљаског, Светог Јоасафа Српског Немањића, као и рука Свете Јелене Анжујске мајке српских краљева Милутина и Драгутина Немањића.
Духовни мир међу анђелима у молитви пронашле су и честице моштију јасеновачких новомученика, али и фреска Милице Ракић, дјевојчице страдале у НАТО бомбардовању.
Свој небески пут над темељима старе цркве из четвртог вијека градио је, поред Цара Константина и светог краља Милутина, и Свети Василије Острошки, родом из села Мркоњићи у Поповом пољу.
