Manastir Tvrdoš danas je poznat po maslinovom ulju, medu, siru iz Manastira Duži i vinu koje popunjava trpeze od Amerike do Australije.
Manje je poznato da među zidovima hrama odiše veliko pravoslavno svetilište.
Sačuvane su čestice Časnog Krsta Hristovog raspeća, čestice moštiju Svete Anastasije majke Svetoga Save, Svetog Germana Aljaskog, Svetog Joasafa Srpskog Nemanjića, kao i ruka Svete Jelene Anžujske majke srpskih kraljeva Milutina i Dragutina Nemanjića.
Duhovni mir među anđelima u molitvi pronašle su i čestice moštiju jasenovačkih novomučenika, ali i freska Milice Rakić, djevojčice stradale u NATO bombardovanju.
Svoj nebeski put nad temeljima stare crkve iz četvrtog vijeka gradio je, pored Cara Konstantina i svetog kralja Milutina, i Sveti Vasilije Ostroški, rodom iz sela Mrkonjići u Popovom polju.
