Donosimo jednostavan recept za ukusne keksiće.
Sastojci:
200 g šećera
250 g margarina
200 g mlijeka u prahu
50 ml mlijeka
150 g mljevenog keksa + za valjanje
50 g kokosa
Priprema:
Mlijeko, margarin i šećer staviti da provri na laganoj vatri, zatim skloniti pa dodati mlijeko u prahu i dobro umutiti mikserom. Ostaviti malo da se prohladi, pa dodati mljeveni keks i kokos.
Napraviti kuglice pa uvaljati u keks.
Svaku kuglicu viljuškom pritisnuti i staviti na hladno.
