Donosimo recept za ukusnu posnu carsku pitu.
Sastojci:
2 šolje kukuruznog brašna
2 šolje vode
1 šolja špinata
1/2 šolje crvenog luka
1/2 šolje crvene paprike
1/2 šolje kukuruza (opciono)
1 kašičica praška za pecivo
so po ukusu
Priprema:
U posudi pomiješajte kukuruzno brašno, vodu, isjeckani špinat, luk, papriku, kukuruz, prašak za pecivo i so. Dobro izmiješajte smjesu da postane glatka. Izlijte smjesu u podmazan pleh za pečenje.
Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj rerni na 180 stepeni oko 30 do 35 minuta ili dok pita ne postane zlatnosmeđa i hrskava.
