Pica-mafini su uvek rado viđeni na slavljima svih vrsta, ali su fantastični i kada su tu kao prilog glavnom jelu ili kao predjelo.
Sastojci:
4 jajeta
200 ml jogurta
200 g brašna
pola čaše ulje
1 kesica praška za pecivo
so
šunka
čajna kobasica
kačkavalj
kečap
Priprema:
Mikserom umutite jaja, a onda dodajte već pomiješano brašno, jogurt i prašak za pecivo. U smjesu dodajte ulje i so, pa ponovo promiješajte.
Čajnu kobasicu, šunku i kačkavalj isjecite na kockice, pa ubacite u mješavinu. Dodajte četiri kašike kečapa, pa opet promiješajte.
Modle za pečenje mafina premažite tankim slojem ulja, pa ih kašikom napunite pripremljenom smjesom.
Rernu uključite na 200 stepeni, pa ubacite mafine da se peku 20 minuta, prenosi „ona.rs“.
