Састојци:
три филета ослића
500 г кромпира
два чена бијелог лука
три кашике маслиновог уља
першун
брашно
презле
со, бибер
Припрема:
Кромпир исјећи на коцкице и скувати у посољеној води. Док се кромпир кува, испржити филете. Кувани кромпир проциједити, зачинити маслиновим уљем, бијелим луком и ситно сјецканим листом першуна. Измиксати штапним миксером као пире.
Додати на комадиће измрвљене филете и по укусу посолити и побиберити. Лијепо сјединити, поквасити дланове, и од смјесе обликовати пљескавице. Сваку уваљати у брашно с презлама и пржити на загријаном уљу док не порумене.
