Ove pljeskavice predstavljaju sjajnu kombinaciju krompira i oslića, začinjenih bijelim lukom i peršunom i ukusna su alternativa tradicionalnim pljeskavicama od mesa... Uživajte!
Sastojci:
tri fileta oslića
500 g krompira
dva čena bijelog luka
tri kašike maslinovog ulja
peršun
brašno
prezle
so, biber
Priprema:
Krompir isjeći na kockice i skuvati u posoljenoj vodi. Dok se krompir kuva, ispržiti filete. Kuvani krompir procijediti, začiniti maslinovim uljem, bijelim lukom i sitno sjeckanim listom peršuna. Izmiksati štapnim mikserom kao pire.
Dodati na komadiće izmrvljene filete i po ukusu posoliti i pobiberiti. Lijepo sjediniti, pokvasiti dlanove, i od smjese oblikovati pljeskavice. Svaku uvaljati u brašno s prezlama i pržiti na zagrijanom ulju dok ne porumene.
