Pripremite ukusnu poslasticu po receptu koji danas donosimo.
Sastojci:
7 žumanaca
7 kašika šećera
5 kašika ulja
5 kašika vode
10 kašika mlijeka
10 kašika brašna
1 kesica praška za pecivo
1 kašika kakao praha
Za fil:
7 bjelanca
18 kašika šećera
Za glazuru:
100 g čokolade
3 kašike ulja
Priprema:
Umutiti žumanca sa šećerom pa dodati ostale sastojke. Sve sjediniti pa peći u plehu podmazanim i posutim brašnom na 180 stepeni 20-25 minuta.
Dok se kora peče, umutiti fil. Priprema fila: Umutiti bjelanca sa šećerom u snijeg pa preliti preko vrele kore i vratiti u rernu na pet minuta.
Za glazuru otopiti 100 gr čokolade i tri kašike ulja. Izvaditi kolač iz rerne i preliti odmah čokoladom. Nakon par minuta, kad se kolač malo prohladi, nožem izrezati i kocke dok se čokolada nije skroz stegla, da ne bi pucala kada se siječe.
