Donosimo recept za posnu salatu od tikvica i krompira.
Sastojci:
- 2 srednje tikvice (isječene na tanke kolutove),
- 3 krompira (skuvali, ogulili i isjekli na kockice),
- 1 praziluk (isjeckan na kolutiće),
- 2 kašike maslinovog ulja,
- 1 kašika limunovog soka,
- so i biber po ukusu,
- svjež peršun za dekoraciju.
Priprema:
Tikvice blanširajte u ključaloj vodi nekoliko minuta dok ne omekšaju, a zatim ih procijedite i ostavite da se ohlade.
U veliku posudu stavite krompir, tikvice i luk.
Pomiješajte maslinovo ulje, limunov sok, so i biber i prelijte preko salate.
Dobro promiješajte i pospite svježim peršunom prije serviranja.
Vrijeme za pripremu: 30 minuta
