Jednostavan recept za poslasticu o kojoj bruji planeta.
Sastojci:
500 g svježih jagoda
200 g kreme od pistacija
100 g tamne, mliječne ili bijele čokolade (po želji)
50 g kadaifa
1 kašika maslaca
Priprema:
Kadaif sitno isijecite. U tavi otopite maslac i dodajte kadaif. Pržite nekoliko minuta na srednje jakoj vatri dok ne postane zlatnosmeđ i hrskav te ostavite da se ohladi. Otopite čokoladu na pari ili u mikrotalasnoj rerni.
Kratko je ohladite, ali pazite da se ne stvrdne - mora ostati tečna. Jagode operite i isijecite na polovine ili četvrtine, zavisno od veličine. Na dno čaše složite malo jagoda. Prelijte ih kremom od pistacija pa dodajte još malo jagoda i prelijte ih otopljenom čokoladom.
Pospite ih hrskavim kadaifom, a po želji dodajte još malo sjeckanih pistacija za dekoraciju.
