Donosimo recept za ukusnu salatu sa susamom.
Sastojci:
500 g mladog sira
100 g majoneza
1 čaša kisele pavlake
300 g susama
2 čena bijelog luka
200 g suvog vrata (pečenice ili suvog mesa)
malo rendanog kačkavalja
so, biber
malo sjemenki suncokreta
Priprema
Na laganoj vatri propržiti susam do zlatnožute boje. U posudi izgnječite sir, dodajte majonez i pavlaku. Bijeli luk isjeckajte veoma sitno. Suvi vrat ili suvo meso, u zavisnosti šta više volite, isjeckajte na sitne kockice. Pomiješajte sve sa sirom. Po želji dodajte malo bibera.
Dobro ohladite salatu i poslužite ukrašenu rendanim kačkavaljem. Pospite i koju sjemenku suncokreta odozgo.
Za dekoraciju takođe možete posuti peršunov list ili crvenu papriku.
Dobro rashlađenu salatu možete poslužiti kao predjelo ili kao namaz za doručak recimo. Suhomesnato možete i izbaciti ako ne volite, a možete i po svom ukusu staviti šunku, neku salamu i sl.
