500 г шампињона
3 чена бијелог лука
2 кашике маслиновог уља
со и бибер по укусу
1 кашичица оригана
сок од пола лимуна
свјеж першун за декорацију
Припрема:
Загријте рерну на 200 степени. Оперите шампињоне и, ако су већи, преполовите их.
У плех ставите гљиве и поспите их ситно сјецканим бијелим луком, маслиновим уљем и зачинима. Све добро промијешајте да се састојци равномјерно распореде. Пеците шампињоне у рерни 15-20 минута док не постану златни и не пусте свој сок. Када су готови, прелијте их соком од лимуна и поспите свјежим першуном прије сервирања.
