Priprema:
Zagrijte rernu na 200 stepeni. Operite šampinjone i, ako su veći, prepolovite ih.
U pleh stavite gljive i pospite ih sitno sjeckanim bijelim lukom, maslinovim uljem i začinima. Sve dobro promiješajte da se sastojci ravnomjerno rasporede. Pecite šampinjone u rerni 15-20 minuta dok ne postanu zlatni i ne puste svoj sok. Kada su gotovi, prelijte ih sokom od limuna i pospite svježim peršunom prije serviranja.
